Ordering Online
In order for us to deliver your merchandise in the fastest way possible, we ask that you please be sure to fill out all required information accurately and completely. Once you have submitted your online order you will be notified that it has securely reached our office. Usually, the order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Ordering By Telephone
To order by phone, please have your complete order ready, along with your credit card information. Customer service is available for phone orders toll free at  (800) 737-8179 from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM Central Standard Time.

For international customers (outside of the U.S. and Canada), please call 1-608-819-8233.

Ordering By Fax or Mail
To order by fax or mail, please write your order information clearly and legibly on a separate piece of paper, together with your shipping address, billing address (if different), telephone number, credit card information, and signature. Or you may use our convenient order form, which can be printed out through the following link: printable order form (PDF File). You may also order online and, once all the items are within your cart, simply print out that page and fax or mail it to us with the required shipping and payment information (including signature). Money Order payments (US only) are accepted only for orders submitted by mail. Payment must be included with the order information for us to process the order.

International Orders
For international orders, we only accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. All charges are in US Dollars. Please also note that orders may be subject to duties according to the customs policies and regulations of the destination country. See below for information on international shipping and handling fees.

Note: For customers in Australia and New Zealand, please add a "0" (zero) before your four-digit postal code when completing your address information during check-out. Our cart only recognizes postal codes of five digits or more. We apologize for this inconvenience and plan to update our system to eliminate this glitch in the future.

Domestic Shipping
To destinations in the United States and US territories, standard shipping is by USPS First Class Mail. Standard shipping and handling charges are $3.50 for orders below $100, and $5.50 for orders between $100 and $200. Priority shipping is by USPS Priority Mail; the shipping and handling charges for priority shipping are $12 for orders below $200. We offer FREE priority shipping on all domestic retail orders over $200!

International Shipping
To international destinations, standard shipping is by USPS First Class International Mail when it is available. Standard shipping and handling charges are US$3.50 for orders below US$100, and US$5.50 for orders between US$100 and US$200. Priority shipping is by USPS Priority Mail International when available. International priority shipping and handling charges are US$12 for orders below US$200. We offer FREE international priority shipping on all international retail orders over US$200!

Magma Health, LLC does not guarantee delivery of international packages sent by standard or priority mail. To insure your international order, you may request insurance on priority shipments only (US$10.00 per order). Please indicate this in the "shipping comments" section of the online cart.

Note: The above international shipping and handling rates apply to most but not all countries. We will inform you by email if additional charges are required.

All items must be returned unopened and in their original condition with a copy of the original invoice within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund (less shipping and handling fees). Please return the item(s) with delivery confirmation (USPS) or choose a carrier (such as UPS or FedEx) that uses tracking numbers in order to verify delivery of shipment, as Magma Health, LLC is not responsible for return items lost during shipment. The product must be postmarked within 30 days of the product's arrival date to be eligible for a refund. Return postage is to be paid by the customer. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There are no returns on any discounted products.
